Since I was a little boy lying in my bed and my mother told me the lion is the king of the jungle, I wanted my favorite big cat to take that place. When I grew up a little and read all these hunting stories written by world-famous hunters Jim Corbett and others, my fascination for tigers grew.
It is said when a lion’s belly is full it won’t attack even if you walk past it. But a tiger no matter what will attack and definitely kill you.
For this reason, many people love lions because they have a certain kind of righteousness, which is only suitable for a king. Also, the fact that he is surrounded by his many queens. And his mane is the most attractive feature about him.

I may not have a precise answer. But I can tell you a couple of things I love about him.

A tiger will attack you no matter what. Even the one you see in the Zoo. Remove that fence and witness his rampage. That is why many consider a tiger to be the aggressive kind. The fact that he is not the biggest or the strongest but still possesses such an attitude is an admirable thing.
I relate this with the fact that we should always be who we are no matter what the circumstance. We should always be brave and courageous to show our truest nature.
I know it’s ironic but still. He doesn’t live in a pack. A male tiger is mostly a lone ranger. Hunting, eating and sleeping alone. While most female tigers are the same when they have babies they in a way form a pack. He faces all his challenges alone.

I also have a lone-wolf personality. Want to do everything alone, and don’t like groups. So this is the one thing that is similar between both of us.
It is said a wounded tiger is the most dangerous beast in the world. When a tiger is hurt it will break all the usual patterns. It becomes even more unpredictable and destructive.
I relate to this state with my own angry state. Unlike him, I can’t go on a rampage. But I do lose control over myself. And those who hurt me, I can never forgive them.
Because a tiger is alone, he from an early age learns to survive in any condition. Be it traveling for hundreds of miles or eating something that will cause him immense pain. Survival is the sole reason why so many tigers in the early 1900s became maneaters.
I have this same survival instinct. Going after my goals no matter what. Because achieving my goals is the only way I will thrive.
