Since my childhood, Mountains have been one of my key sources of inspiration and it always sounded so amazing whenever I heard that someone that I know has visited Mountains and I was always very excited to know more about their experience (visiting the Mountains). I was in 6th grade when I first got the opportunity to visit the Mountains and that experience made me feel more connected to them.

As we grow up, our thinking also evolves gradually and through my personal observation and introspection I have gathered the following brief key takeaways from the Mountains:
1. Calm and composed-Mountains have always appeared to me as having a subtle sense of composure in them. As Mountains form a key part of the nature, they are always surrounded by beautiful landscapes, plantations, greenery and various other inhabitants of the natural environment. Due to all these aspects, the beauty of the Mountains gets enhanced to a greater degree. Since it co-exists naturally with so many other components of nature, the calmness and stillness of the Mountains appear to be a very unique quality and also reflect its ability to endure the major fluctuations in the environment as well as the occasional changing of the climate. This also tells us how flawlessly Mountains have been adapting to various changes taking place over the years, which directly/indirectly has an impact on its existence.
2. Sense of Peace-As Mountains are situated at the heart of the nature; they are mainly away from the fast-paced urbanized lifestyle. They carry a subtle sense of peace with it due to the quietness of the life at the hills. Mountains have seen so much change around it, sometimes it is for the better and sometimes it is not very suitable. Since, they have stood the test of time for so many years that have gone by, it carries so much serenity with itself as it continues to cope with the ever-changing environment around it.
3. Positive mindset- Mountains reflect that by having a sense of peace and calmness, we can keep going ahead with a positive outlook. Due to its serene nature, it gives some mental peace and a scope of inner reflection. The charismatic nature of Mountains also helps to provide a great opportunity for introspection and meditation. Being at the center of the nature, Mountains can gracefully admire and appreciate all the components existing in its natural environment. These aspects can also depict some kind of motivation for the Mountains to keep going and stand strong whenever faced with a challenge.

4. Challenging fears-It appears as if Mountains gracefully demonstrates inner strength and patience which helps it in coping up with drastic weather changes and overcoming any other resistance to the change. Any change brings with it anxiety and most importantly the fear of the unknown and other natural disruptions that it might cause to the previous setting. The natural sentiment is to feel overwhelmed and fearful. However, Mountains challenge these fears by believing in the goodness of whatever new is yet to come.
5. Stress management- Mountain’s Aura consists of the following magical components-calmness, composure, peace, positivity, ability to challenge fear. These aspects directly/indirectly influence the ability to manage stress at the time of an uncertain event. Though it is standing alone, still the co-existence of the natural environment makes it to feel comprehensive in itself.
6. Diversity and Inclusion-Mountains serve as a natural habitat and are like a home to various kinds of plants, trees and animals (who are very different in their overall nature and they also co-exist with each other). Whenever there is any unrest in the environment, diverse species take shelter in the Mountains and it gradually becomes a safe and an inclusive space for them. This also reflects how compassion and empathy always accompany Mountains.
Mountains can teach us so many things either directly/indirectly. Some of us connect with it through observations on our visit to the hills, while some of us might also find Mountains the best space to reflect, and introspect on our life. When surrounded by Mountains we might start to notice some really great things about our thought patterns and lives and this could be a very memorable moment to cherish that we might want to record as well. We could also find the peace that we might have been longing for and searching for a long period of time and this feeling of peace could also help us to increase our motivation by a greater degree. Understanding these various aspects about the Nature of Mountains we could also apply some of our own unique and personalized learnings to our lives. This could be some of the key merits to understanding different aspects about the Mountains!
