There are days when my body just feels off—weak, drained, and signaling that something isn't right. Instead of pushing through, I decided to listen to it. One day, after feeling sick the entire morning, I did something simple. I didn't take any medicine. I didn't go to a clinic. But what I did helped me feel better much faster than I expected.

At first, I didn't think much of it. But after repeating this routine every time I felt unwell, I started noticing a pattern—it actually worked. My recovery felt smoother, and my body responded positively each time.
So what did I do? And why did it help me heal faster? Here's what I discovered.
WHAT I DISCOVERED: WHY THIS ROUTINE HELPS ME HEAL FASTER
I woke up feeling unwell. My body was weak, and I felt like I was coming down with something. I had salmon soup for lunch, hoping it would help, but I still felt off. Instead of forcing myself to go about my day, I decided to give my body the rest it needed. I slept until 6 PM, but when I woke up, I still wasn't okay.
So I followed what felt natural to me. I made myself a sandwich with peanut butter, ate grapes, an orange, a banana, and a kiwi, and drank green tea. But instead of eating at the dining table, I sat alone in my room with only the warm red light on. After eating, I rested for 30 minutes, then took a long, hot shower. That's when I noticed something interesting. I wasn't instantly healed, but my body felt lighter, my breathing was clearer, and I felt my energy slowly returning.
It made me wonder—was it just a coincidence, or did my body actually benefit from this routine? I started researching, and what I found made perfect sense.
After paying closer attention to how my body reacted and researching its effects, I realized that these five factors played a big role in my recovery:
1. LESS DISTRACTION, MORE ENERGY , MORE HEALING Eating alone in a quiet space allowed my body to focus on digestion and recovery instead of being overstimulated by noise, bright lights, or conversations. I now understand why I feel calmer and more in tune with my body when I eat in peace—it's giving my system the space it needs to heal.

2. RED LIGHT PROMOTES RELAXATION AND COMFORT Unlike bright white or blue light, which can make me feel alert and restless, the warm red light in my room has a calming effect. It signals my body to relax, reducing stress and allowing my mind to settle. Now I understand why I naturally feel better in this setting—my body recognizes it as a space for healing.

3. HOT SHOWERS IMPROVE CIRCULATION AND RELIEVE TENSION When I stepped into a hot shower after eating, I immediately felt relief. The warmth improved my blood circulation, relaxed my muscles, and eased the tension in my head. Now I know why I always feel refreshed afterward—it's not just in my head; my body is physically responding to the heat and increased blood flow.

4. MY ROUTINE ALIGNS WITH MY CIRCADIAN RHYTHM Based on my own research, our bodies follow a natural cycle called the circadian rhythm, which regulates our sleep, digestion, and healing. Warm, dim lighting (like my red light) mimics the setting sun, naturally telling my body it's time to slow down and recover. Now I understand why my routine feels so natural—it's working with my body's built-in clock instead of against it.

5. RESTING WITH MOTIVATIONAL VIDEOS HELPS ME MENTALLY RECHARGE Instead of staying busy, I allow myself to fully rest. Laying in bed and listening to motivational videos keeps my mind uplifted while my body relaxes. Now I understand why I wake up feeling much better—my body gets the rest it needs while my mind stays positive.

FINAL THOUGHTS
Sometimes, healing doesn't require anything complicated. It's about creating the right conditions for your body to recover naturally.
Every time I feel unwell, I don't just wait to get better—I follow this simple yet effective routine:
* Eating in a peaceful, warm-lit space * Taking a hot shower to refresh my body * Resting in bed while keeping my mind uplifted
It may not provide instant healing, but it helps me recover faster. If you ever feel sick, exhausted, or drained, try giving your body what it needs—peace, warmth, and rest. You might be surprised at how much it helps.
