It is no lie that when we are faced with the smallest of problems in our everyday lives we pray for a life without pain.

But have you ever tried to understand that a big part of who you are is because of pain? Pain teaches you the way of the world, otherwise you would still be a naive child.

I, like you, hate pain. Because it’s troublesome, makes things harder, and makes me think deeply and work hard. Not to mention unbearable at times. And still most of the time there are no results in the end. But it does make me strong. Durable enough to handle any storm.

But sometimes when I finally get the results, it makes the struggles worth it. And if I had gotten the results without struggle, I wouldn’t have realized their value. The same thing goes for you. So behind every success, there is pain.

All the pain that we have to endure since childhood, builds the person we are today. Real, hard-working and wise. These three important blessings we get because we had pain in our lives.

Just take the life of rich kids, or the people who are born in the lap of luxury. They will never know what they have. Simply because they never felt pain or struggled for anything in their lives. Everything was served to them on a silver platter.

And if that luxury is taken away from them, they won’t be able to handle the shock. All the paid will fall onto them at once.

But you and I, who were born at the bottom and are slowly making our way to the top, know how precious the things that we have are. Our journey to the top is not a cakewalk but filled with pain. And each thing we acquire in this journey is precious to us.

We get to see the real faces of people. So we learn to trust and rely on the right people. And since we know how far we have come we will always value our position and never be too arrogant about it because it wasn’t a journey of chance or luck but a journey of sweat and tears.

So pain teaches us to value things, helps us to stay grounded, and respects others regardless of whether they have something or not.

Pain is never your best friend but a perfect teacher, who is in your life to impart lessons.

Thank you for staying until the end!
