Santo Cary's point of view
****Scene took place at Toscana Italy at eight pm in Caterina house***
"Caterina!". My jaw dropped with the bunch of flowers in my hand.
She quickly got up from him, and I felt tears rolling down my cheeks, I can't believe I caught Caterina f**king Maximo 'my best friend!' on my bed.
"Santo, please I'm sorry I don't know what came over me". He pulled up from the bed trying to get his trousers on.
"No, I don't want you to explain". I hurried at Maximo and landed a fist on his face.
Caterina grasped my leg tight, crying and begging for me to stop.
I passionately want to tear them both to shreds.
****Santo flashback****
"Mom you know I love her, I can't just let her die". Stood beside the sink in the kitchen.
"Santo, I can't give birth to a stupid son, do you know the weight of a kidney disease, we don't have any money and you're just a salesboy in a supermarket". My mom said to my face.
*Mom, I had decided to give her mine". I said and my mom glared at me for a minute; she then gave me a dirty slap.
"Shut up, do you even think or do know the consequences when you give her your kidney".
"I don't care 'cause I love her so much". I replied to my mom.
"When you are done, consider yourself not my son". My mom blurted out and she walked away.
I got to the hospital after a thirty-minute ride on an Uber. "Thank you, sir". The driver said after I tipped him off.
"Mr. Santo, thank goodness you are here". The doctor said the moment I arrived in the hospital.
"How is Caterina doing?". I asked the doctor with sadness sampled on my face.
"She's not fine and the transplant must be done at night or she might lose her life tomorrow!".
I gritted my teeth as I clenched a fist; my heart raced heavily.
"Doctor I'm giving her mine". I stopped once announcing to the doctor.
"Santo are you sure?". ", Yes I'm very sure". I replied nodding my head.
"Okay then get ready". "Doctor what about my partial psychopath condition, I was told it will arise when I'm emotionally hurt".
"Don't worry, a nurse will inject you with a temporary neutralizer".
****Santo back to present****
"Santo please". Caterina pleaded while I beat up Maximo. "You are an evil friend, after all, we have been through, you pay me back by sleeping with my girlfriend".
I tended to land more punches on Maximo's face, then I heard the slight noise of a dagger before I realized it Maximo stabbed my forehead. I yelled painfully as blood dripped on my face and I suddenly collapsed.
"oh my god, Maximo!". "Why are you yelling at me like that?". "why did you kill him? Are you out of mind?".
"please stop, moreover it a good thing for us, we can run away together and live our lives peacefully and I will have to eat your sweet petite body every minute, gush I had told you, I love your warm cozy blonde hair, not to talk of your blue eyes and pink lips, Caterina forget about him we are met to be".
'Caterina sighed heavily'. "Santo, I know you love me but I don't love you, I love Maximo; he is the one that makes me feel like a woman".
"It's okay Caterina grasped all of your clothes from the closet and let's get out of here before the police come in".
I lay there, my vision blurring, as I heard the sound of Caterina's voice in the background. Slowly, I twitched my head, and my eyes creaked open, revealing a world bathed in red.
As I rose to my feet, a strange energy coursed through my veins. My senses grow dull, and my vision narrows to a singular focus: Caterina and Maximo.
My body began to contort, my neck twisting at an unnatural angle, my legs splaying outward in an inhuman pose
I glare with hatred as I slowly approach the two of them without their consent, they are both carried away fighting to have their belongings from the closet.
Caterina paused at hearing my silent footsteps, she slowly lifted and glanced at me.
"Jesus!". She screamed completely mortified at me.
I guess she couldn't stand my old wrinkled face, littered with the blood from my forehead.
As my savage teeth dash out, I growled with fury at Maximo and he jumped at me.
"Hey buddy, you are a loser and you got nothing on me, it stupid of thinking I'm going to be scared of you, I know Caterina is scared of you but that is why she is my woman and I am here to protect her". He has Caterina go behind him and come forward to attack me.
I abruptly hauled over him and sunk my teeth into his neck, pulled out with his flesh in my mouth, clenched my teeth on his neck again and ripped out his throat, then I let down his lifeless body.
I stood up and a cold grin spread across my face, my eyes glinting with vengeance as I fixed a glance at Caterina with an unblinking stare.
"Maximo! Maximo!". She wailed at the sight of Maximo's dead body which makes me hate her the more.
"You are very wicked". She said to me.
"Run! Your turn, I must feast on your body". I muttered and I let her take on her heels.
"hahahaha". She sprinted down the stairs, her heels clicking out a desperate rhythm on the hardwood stairs as I chased her behind, in a twinkle of an eye I got right in front of her face!
She got wide eyes opened screaming for her life, then she spunned around running back upstairs.
"I'm coming for you, there is no escape". I told her.
She ran into the room and shut the door close, she shed tears shaking her head.
Then turned around, breathing heavily.
Unknowingly to her I gently tapped her on the shoulder chilling her down to the bone; she shakingly spun her neck around and she landed her eyes on me smiling behind her.
"Ahhhh". She screamed, and trembled as fear mirrored itself across her face.
"Please, don't kill me, please don't kill me".
She begged me but I fell on deaf ears.
I nod my head slightly, and my breath hits her ear, raising goosebumps on her flesh, and freezing her blood.
"You have something that belongs to me inside your belly and I want to rip it apart, then have it back".
I whispered to her as she struggled to wriggle out of me and I immediately dipped my claws on her stomach!
