Why I am writing this blog? The reason is to highlight the importance of a Healthy Diet. I felt the necessity for writing this article because of a series of incidences that have occurred recently. One of my very dear friends had recently suffered a huge health problem. The cause of his health issue ranged from unhealthy lifestyle, stress and tension (common for working class people). One reason which stuck me the most was his love for fast food. This mainly constitutes of Pizzas, Burgers, Chinese cuisine and noodles. He is not suffering from a small ailment but is dealing with a huge health crisis. He is suffering from multiple functioning disorders of brain, kidney and digestive system. His kidney is affected which will allow him to drink only a little of water or fluids at a time. His right leg is swollen which causes him a lot of pain and discomfort. The only thing that eases his pain is Pain Killers (that have their own side effects).
The main aim of me to write this blog is to inform you about having a healthy diet, so that It will prevent you from going through the hellish situation that my friend is going through. It will benefit your health and will also subsequently improve your relationship with near & dear ones.
