"If I had the same family background, I could have done it."
"If I had studied at that college, I would have everything too."
"Life is easy for her because she has connections."
Such thoughts often cross people's minds. They convince themselves that if they're missing something-be it resources, a prestigious background, or elite education-success is out of reach. But have you ever paused to consider all the blessings you have that others don't? Why do we always compare ourselves to others by focusing on what they have and we lack?
Why engage in such negative and unhealthy competition?
Here's a simple example to challenge the notion that you need what others have to achieve greatness. When Lord Ram was exiled to the forest for 14 years, what did he have? Nothing. No luxuries, no royal resources. When Goddess Sita was abducted, what strength did he possess? No grand armies, no advanced weapons, no elaborate chariots.
Yet, he defeated Ravana and brought Sita ji back. How? By using what he did have. He didn't return to Ayodhya to gather resources, nor did he sit in despair, lamenting his circumstances. Instead, he built his own army with Lord Hanuman and others, utilized his abilities, and triumphed.
This story is a powerful reminder: you don't need to have everything others have to reach the same heights. You can still achieve your dreams and meet your goals with what you already possess. It's not about having everything; it's about making the most of what you have.
So, let's rise above negative comparisons and unhealthy competition. Focus on your unique journey, and you'll see how far you can go.
Have a wonderful morning ✨🌟🌤
