Growing up, I never liked vegetables. Eating was my favourite only when it was evening. This time all I wish is to eat whatever I can. But breakfast, lunch feels daunting. It feels like a chore. There are 2 types of people: one who lives to eat and the other who eats to live. So the second one is applicable throughout the day, and the situation reverses in the evening.

So, as I was saying, I never liked vegetables. Maybe people do, not me. And speaking of the adult me, I also don't like vegetables. What you thought it was a situation changed? No But one thing has definitely changed: I love going to the vegetable market and particularly the mandi. Vegetables all around, the colourful vegetables have all my heart. I feel like buying the luscious green capsicum, cabbage, and yellow corn, from ripened red tomatoes to pretty purple brinjal. Especially in the winter season, carrots, radishes, and peas. Oh, they are heaven. Just seeing such fresh and colourful vegetables makes my day.

So what if I don't like to eat them? But cooking I do. The online recipes work wonders. The vegetables and pav bhaji combo never disappoints. So yeah, the adult me gets immense satisfaction from vegetable shopping. My personal favourite has to be potato.
