    Hello readers👋🏻 First of all I want to say happy new year to you all...may this year brings you with happiness and prosperity 😇

    I think everybody knows about new year resolutions. "These are those unfulfilled promises we made to ourselves last year but unable to complete it, so we again try to finish it in the next year".

    To be honest many of us put our efforts sincerely to stick to those plans for the first few months but then eventually we become accustomed to our comfortable lifestyle.

    So today I am going to share some of the basic tips regarding completing your new year resolutions:

    1) Make realistic goals: Generally with the new year spirit we make such unrealistic goals which are difficult to achieve. Soon we start to loose interest once we begin to realise the difficulty. Hence it is much better to accept your strengths and short comings and work through the plan accordingly.

    2) Don't strive to become the perfectionist: When we set goals for example to do exercise for one hour each day, we really try to do it daily with the alloted time period which we have assinged for us. But sometimes due to some work we cannot do it for one hour due to which dissapointment starts to settle in our mind. The thing which you need to understand is that "consistency in your work is much more important than achieving your daily targets ".

    Last but not the least hope is the thing which sustains life so keep moving on.
