The starting of every month is a motivation to do something new... The beginning of a new year would surely has a tonn of such motivation to inspire. But the problem is that we can't be motivated every now and then. Those inspiration bits may vanish by half from our brain by the half of the month and will be null by the end of the month usually. But something should be started somewhere no? Obviously something is better than nothing. The thing is that how we can continue.
I am not a motivational or inspirational type rather than being demotivated always. But I decided to dedicate a 1 hour exercise time, 5 days /week. I want to start a fresh from the start of the new week rather than January 1st. But the fact is that you can't do or start a 1 hour exercise routine just from void.
And the very first day itself, i have realised that you are not going to do a thorough one hour exercise. You will be exercising only half the time. When I started doing this workout in the morning I put on YouTube and got an inspirational video of weight loss journey by a beautiful girl and stuck by that. Yet managed to do almost half an hour of body movement. In the last 15 minutes I took to write this down as a journal.. I am happy.. I have productively used one hour even if only half an hour of that time was used for the exercises I inteneded. So from my experience today, what i get is, give some buffer time before and after the core thing you are trying to do.
