If you’re like me, procrastination is a loyal friend. You promise to finish that task in an hour, then suddenly, you’re knee-deep in YouTube videos about cats. It’s frustrating, right?

But here’s what helped me (a little). I stopped trying to eliminate procrastination entirely. Instead, I broke tasks into small, ridiculously easy steps. Like, “write one sentence” instead of “finish the essay.” Funny enough, that small step often led to actual progress.

Do I still procrastinate? Yep. But now I procrastinate a little less. And sometimes, that’s enough.
