Before ending my journey I looked at the view, I looked at the place where I stayed, the room, curtains, plants, people around, and captured all of it in my eyes so that my eyes took all these memories to my mind and heart.
Three days well spent in the Himalayas are a good way to recharge to begin my week with a regular regime.
Sometimes all you need is plants, nature and your wandering heart and mind in two different directions.
The distinct effervescent smell of the place, layer with Jasmine oil and freshly cut roses makes me feel serene.
I am a kind of person who associates memories with smell, a certain type of lemon soap bar which reminds me of my childhood and the memories I made at my maternal aunt’s place.
Her warm touch, her smile, her eyes. I can recall all that in one go.
The sweet fragrance of the first rose I ever planted, the vibrant color of saffron flower which grows after 3 years of planting. the smell of freshly washed clothes.
Everything is imprinted in our mind. We are walking memories, we are collections of memories.
Sometimes music takes you back to childhood lane and sometimes music takes you back to childhood lane and sometimes a hue of color which makes you feel nostalgic again.
When you start looking around, a sign appears
 you start connecting the dots.
but why connect the dots all the time.
Why search for things everywhere
just pause for a while and look around.
What do you see?
The view?
What do you see within?
Nothing, calmness , peace.
What do you like the most?
Both.
Yes, both are interconnected.
To feel something you have to experience something and that experience leads you to real contentment.
As long as your memory supports your dreams.
As long as you vibe, live your dream life.
It’s not in the near future, it’s here, NOW.
Let the gusts of air flow,
Make you smile and live more.
