We all want to attain it is, and we all know how important to stay focused, but we are failing to attain it or practice it.Â
Here are some simple and daily tips to gain focus.Â
- Set Clear goals :- have a specific & realistic goal is first thing on mind, then working on is the process, but first know what you are going to do. What is your goal?
Clear your goal then try to plan it later, without a goal, you did not have direction or steps to taken in your life, do not motivation in your life. SO, take your time, clear your goals.Â
- Eliminate distraction :- I must say, you have a lot of distraction. Everyone wants your attention, grab your time for there benefit. SO, Identify your distraction, try to slowly eliminate. Let’s take a example of mobile phone, you have to study, SO make a routine, that for 20-30 minutes, you will leave your phone. Do whatever you want but leave your phone a side. - Break your tasks into small chunks :- our brain gives a signal of ” Give up ” When we have alot of work. How to deal with it?  Start breaking up your tasks, let’s say you have to do exercise for around 1 hour, now brains giving you signal that you will exhausted in 15 days, so start with dancing and walking means do first simple & easy task, then it will a release of dopamine which stimulate to do more.Â
Stay hydrated :- drink 3-4 litres of water daily and keep track of it. It will make you more energetic and reduce laziness.
- Â Use Pomodoro technique :- in this technique, which basically used in enhance focus is work for 25 minutes and break for 5 minutes and gradually increase the work time. For example :- study for 50 minutes then break for 10 minutes.Â
