Chapter One
Marissa peered out the window hoping the sand on the beach would solidify into a rock or at least keep its place secure. The tide swallows the shore and waters recede. Once again the shoreline has receded, the sand line is becoming closer and closer inching towards the land. This was not where she wanted to be. Home is not a place or person it is the fulfilment of finally being noticed for the true potential one possess. For Marissa it has always been one challenge after another there seemed to be endless challenges and obstacles.  Even the current accommodation she resides in now is short term until she moves to the place where her heart and spirit is free. Stuck in the weight of the situation she hoped a breakthrough will appear in the near future. The people around her always felt that they needed to be heard and revered like a God. Marissa was looking for a place to start new and away from the opiniated people in her life. The voices are too loud and over dramatic. She longed for the place in her imagination where sensible things functioned well and moved in a linear way creating systematic ways that flowed goodness and peace in the land. People were too complicated with hidden agendas and motives.Â
