Now i am going to write about the # 2 technique,
Mindful activities generally means that if you are doing anything then be present at that time without lost in past or anxious about future.
One more thing you can do is :-

I know you all think, mindful while eating,
Yes,
Be present, when you are eating
We all eat with background noise ( watching movies, singing songs, or videos)
Are you really aware what you are eating??
You’re body knows what’s you insert in your body while watching videos?
No, because you’re mind totally unaware what you eat, you’re mind priority at that is watching the videos and decode it.
So,
Take this as a advice or something else. ☘️ while eating leave your distraction on air, sit quietly and enjoy your food and it’s flavor.
❌ Do not hurry
When you are eating the food, do not hurry, chew the food slowly and taste every single flavor about food.
🫀 Appreciation
Show the appreciation towards the food, that somebody there to cook for you or you have food to eat.
Just do it for 21 days, as a challenge.
You will automatically see the changes in yourself.
This is one of the micro habit which everyone should adopt.
