How not to get depressed

How not to get depressed

1. Introduction

In our day -to -day life, feeling depressed becomes one of the common problems. Psychology is becoming famous, and it’s because of our own mind that we are not capable of controlling it. People get depressed about everything nowadays!!!!! I heard my friend being too depressed about losing one mark in her exam and was almost crying for a whole day nonstop until her parents arrived! It’s just to sad that she was admitted in hospital due to fever and didn’t come to write the other important exams. While I start thinking about others, I also find the people with us to be a reason for our depression. The fact is that her parents force her so much that if she loses one mark, she won’t receive one day meal, and that’s sad to know. The truth is that we can’t stop being depressed if someone else is also one of the reasons for our problems, but we can try to stop it with a few solutions, and it’s hard. Remember, sometimes hard work pays off! (at least in the future)

There are several ideas about what causes depression. It can vary a lot between different people, and for some people a combination of different factors may cause their depression. Some find that they become depressed without any obvious reason.

Dictionary:- (1) Bereavement is the experience of losing someone important to us. It is characterized by grief, which is the process and the range of emotions we go through as we gradually adjust to the loss. (2) Racism means using the concept of race to judge or treat some people worse than others. It exists in many forms, and on many levels in society – including in healthcare.
