     Building a Habit

Good habits are like achievements in one’s life but, has anyone ever thought that what does it take to build just one good habit?. Living a healthy lifestyle has become everyone’s goal in this new era.

But people can not achieve it , it has many reasons. Have you ever wondered what is the thing that holds you back in achieving what you want?. 

Process of building habit 

Nowadays people tend to see results of any action which they  are doing after a very short period of time, this leads to demotivation in them if they don’t get to see the result. But this is not the solution for that , we have to set our mind on one very simple principle that , ” Good things take time”. If you go with this mindset, you will not expect to see the results early.  According to a 2009 study published in the European Journal of Social Psychology, it takes 18 to 254 days for a person to form a new habit. It can differ from person to person depends on one’s ability of consistency and discipline.

All you have to do is to be regular and disciplined in your process to create a particular Habit.

Benefits of having a good habit. 

First of all , how would one differentiate between a good and a bad habit, habits which are tend to ease our daily life, and can help us to live an easy and efficient life can fall under the category of good habits. However , a bad habit can be described as which takes your time but does not effect your life in any good way.So it’s the responsibility of the person to differentiate between these two , habits are responses to a particular actions that take place in your day to day life , so it’s a very good asset if you will have a few good habits in yourself.
