Once upon a time, in a bustling city, there stood an old, dilapidated apartment building. It was known as “The Specter Towers,” a name it earned due to the eerie occurrences reported by its residents.
One day, a young man named Raj moved into the apartment on the 13th floor. He was a skeptic and didn’t believe in the supernatural. The strange noises that echoed through the halls at night, the flickering lights, the sudden drops in temperature – he dismissed them all as quirks of the old building.
However, one night, as he was returning from work, he found the elevator out of order. He decided to take the stairs. As he ascended, he felt a chill run down his spine. The air grew colder with each step, and he could hear whispers echoing around him.
When he reached his floor, he found his apartment door ajar. He cautiously pushed it open, only to find his furniture moved around, and his belongings scattered. In the center of the room, a message was scrawled on the wall, “Leave, while you still can.”
Raj, now terrified, ran out of the apartment, vowing never to return. The Specter Towers stood silent, its windows like hollow eyes, watching as Raj disappeared into the night.
