I have two #childhood friends.one is Sarla. She is someone who is #falling behind in life. 
Her# financial condition is not very good.I often talk to her on phone.Sometime I do visit her also.
I keep #encouraging her that time keep changing.It will not be same as it is today.I  remind Sarla 
very often that she is such a #dedicated teacher.Her sincere efforts will soon #bear fruits.

My other friend is Rita.She is living in #joint family with her in laws.Her mother in law is strict mother.
She #controls Rita's life.I keep advising her that she must stand up for her right.Gradually Rita is improving.
Her children are also growing.I keep telling her that she has #potential to change her situation.

I love both my friends where they are and how they are

Moral of Story-one doesn't need  to tell struggling  people what's wrong with their lives,
they already know the problem they are facing. They need one to #reassure them that they can still make
it right.
