Power Automate is another service that isn’t very widespread and people often haven’t heard about it yet, thanks to it being rebranded from Microsoft Flow to Power Automate, it has some of the best-predefined templates that work right out of the box, with some customization options too. It works smoothly. The apps you need are supported by Power Automate then it’s the best.
Zapier has a lot of configuration but not a very robust set of templates/pre-built apps, you would often have to build your Zap instead of relying on existing solutions. This makes it a bit of a hassle, the overwhelming number of actions/triggers may confuse a first-timer into choosing the right trigger.
