1. Eating more sweet than necessary:

2. Not having breakfast:
Most peoples kip their morning breakfast in order to reach the office in time. This has a very bad effect on your mind. When you remain hungry, it causes problems in your body like low blood sugar, weak memory, weak immunity, and obesity. So, you should have your breakfast within three hours of getting up. Breakfast should be little heavy and full of protein so that energy remains in your body during the day.
3. Not getting enough sleep:
By getting more or less sleep than necessary, your brain cells start shrinking your brain memory and becomes weak.
